By using Invited. you agree to these terms. We’ve tried to keep them short and human.
The deal
We give you a tool to design and share wedding invitations. You give us a fair price (or nothing, on Free) and don’t do anything that gets us in trouble. Simple.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to make an account.
- One person per account — don’t share logins.
- You’re responsible for what gets posted from your account.
Your content
Your invitations and uploaded photos belong to you. By using Invited. you give us a limited license to display them as part of the service (so guests can see your invitation). When you delete the invitation, we delete the license.
Don’t upload anything that:
- Infringes someone else’s copyright.
- Contains private info about people who didn’t consent.
- Is illegal, hateful, or violent.
Payments
- Paid plans are per-invitation. We use PayHere; your card never touches our servers.
- The Planner tier is a monthly subscription. Cancel anytime via email.
- Refunds: if something breaks on our end, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right (our Refund Policy lives here).
Free tier
Free invitations show a small “Made with Invited.” watermark and cap at 50 guests. Upgrade to remove the watermark and raise the cap.
What we promise (and don’t)
We try to keep Invited. running 24/7. We can’t promise 100% uptime. We back up your data, but you should keep a copy of anything critical.
We are not liable for missed RSVPs, guest no-shows, or weather. We’re an invitation tool, not a wedding planner.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we’ll email you 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
Ending the relationship
- You can delete your account anytime — we’ll wipe your data within 30 days.
- We can terminate your account for serious violations (illegal content, fraud). We’ll email you first when possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes go to the courts of Colombo.
